The Missile Ignition v3 Leather Jacket is a top-level racing sport jacket derived directly from MotoGP, incorporating the highest levels of advanced racing technology for the ultimate in protection performance, comfort, and style. The jacket’s new construction incorporates a new, 7cm slim, sport Aero-hump that fits perfectly with Alpinestars new S-R10 road racing helmet, the perfect jacket for riders on super naked bikes and sport bikes.

Packed with additional protective technologies, the jacket has seamless DFS, phantom black shadow protectors in TPU on the external shoulders and Alpinestars Nucleon PLASMA Pro Level 2 armor on the shoulders and elbows. With the layered upper arm design, this ventilated leather motorcycle jacket delivers an optimized aerodynamic shape for racing while maintaining rider comfort on high-temperature sport rides. Engineered to deliver the highest level of active race protection, the jacket is Tech-Air® Ready and is Tech-Air® Compatible with the new Tech-Air® 7x Airbag System. The Missile v3 Leather Jacket’s fresh modern, sport design offers a striking racing-inspired aesthetic for riders looking for top racing technology in a leather motorcycle jacket.

  • DFS armor delivers optimal resistance against impacts and abrasion, and offers exceptional friction control.
  • Chest and back compartments can accommodate the Nucleon chest and back inserts (available as accessory upgrades).
  • According to European statutory law the CE mark is a conformity requirement for the marketing of this product. The following standards apply:
  • Fully CE-certified riding garment to CE – Category II EN17092-3: 2020 standards – AA Class.
  • Category II EN 1621-1:2012 Level 2 Nucleon PLASMA Pro armor on the shoulders and elbows for effective impact protection.
Construction
  • Constructed from premium bovine race leather for superior abrasion resistance, the Missile Ignition v3 has stretch HRSF inserts on the chest, inner arms, armits, on the shoulders, upper back and waist areas with PU reinforcement on the back panels for enhanced freedom of movement and optimal riding comfort.
  • Localized perforations on lower front of the jacket, back and sleeves provide added ventilation and cooling airflow on warmer days, offering optimal riding comfort.
  • Built-in front flap closure.
  • Hidden hand pockets with laser-cut finishing.
  • Waterproof inner compartment.
  • Fixed mesh liner for enhanced rider comfort with internal pockets for a divided chest protector and a back protector pocket, both available as optional accessory upgrades.
  • Pant connection zipper for a secure fit and the prevention of wind ingress.
