Die modern gestaltete Zaca Waterproof Jacke ist eine nächste Generation Allwetter-Sportjacke mit äußerst flexiblen Softshell-Einsätzen und abnehmbarer Kapuze für Komfort und Vielseitigkeit. Die Zaca bietet ein Klimamanagementsystem mit ihrer festen 2-lagigen wasserdichten Membran, direkten Belüftungspaneelen, abnehmbarem Thermofutter und abnehmbarer Softshell-Kapuze; die Jacke kann an die Wetterbedingungen angepasst werden, um echte Vielseitigkeit in der realen Welt zu bieten. Die Zaca hat eine textile Konstruktion mit umfangreichen dehnbaren Softshell-Einsätzen für die optimale Mischung aus Passform, Komfort, geringem Gewicht und Bewegungsfreiheit.
1. Die Zaca WP Jacke hat eine neue Innenkonstruktion, die hervorragend geeignet ist, um Schutzeinsätze durch Upgrades mit leicht zugänglichen Taschen für Rückenprotektoren und Brustprotektoreinsätze hinzuzufügen. Sie ist außerdem mit der Doppeltasche ausgestattet, die sowohl einen normalen als auch einen langen Rückenprotektor aufnehmen kann, für Fahrer, die an mehr Schutz interessiert sind. Die Jacke hat auch Schlaufen zur Verbindung mit der Hose.
2. Mit einer speziell entwickelten Passform, die den höchsten Grad an aktivem Oberkörperschutz bietet, ist die Jacke Tech-Air® Ready und kann das Tech-Air® 5 oder Tech-Air® 3 Airbag-System aufnehmen. Strategisch positionierte Stretch-Paneel-Einsätze wurden entwickelt, um ein Tech-Air® Airbag-System unterzubringen und ermöglichen eine Ausdehnung, wenn der Airbag aufbläst.
3. Level 2 Nucleon Flex Pro-Rüstung an Schultern und Ellbogen bietet optimalen Widerstand gegen Aufprall und Abrieb und ist gleichzeitig äußerst flexibel für höchsten Komfort.

Is the Zaca Waterproof Jacket waterproof, and can its waterproof membrane be removed?
Yes. The Zaca Waterproof Jacket uses a fixed 2-layer waterproof membrane within its 450D poly-fabric and stretch softshell construction for wet-weather road riding. The waterproof membrane cannot be removed.
The thermal liner and softshell hood are detachable; removing either does not remove the jacket’s waterproof membrane.
Does the Zaca Waterproof Jacket have ventilation and a thermal liner for changing temperatures?
The Zaca has zippered underarm ventilation panels to increase airflow in warmer conditions. Its detachable thermal liner provides 100 g insulation in the body and 80 g in the sleeves for cooler rides.
Removing the thermal liner reduces insulation, but the waterproof membrane remains fixed. These features allow you to adjust the jacket for changing conditions during sport road riding.
How does the Zaca Waterproof Jacket fit, and which size should I choose?
The Zaca combines a regular cut with sport-focused shaping, pre-curved sleeves and stretch softshell panels at the armpits, inner arms and shoulder blades. The Black White variant is listed in men’s sizes S–4XL.
Compare your measurements with the Alpinestars size guide and check the fit in your riding position with your intended layers. The shoulder and elbow armor should stay correctly positioned without restricting movement. If using Tech-Air®, also follow the selected system’s fitting instructions.
What CE garment rating does the Zaca Waterproof Jacket have, and are chest and back protectors included?
The Zaca Waterproof Jacket is listed as a CE-certified Category II motorcycle garment to prEN 17092, Class A. This garment classification is separate from the CE impact-protection level of individual armor pieces. The jacket includes shoulder and elbow armor, plus DFS Lite shoulder shields.
Chest and back protectors are optional accessory upgrades, not included. Internal pockets accept Nucleon chest and back protector inserts, with a double back pocket designed to accommodate regular or long back protectors.
Which Tech-Air® airbag systems are compatible with the Zaca Waterproof Jacket?
The Zaca Waterproof Jacket is Tech-Air® Ready and is listed as compatible with the Tech-Air® 5 Plasma System, Tech-Air® 5 System and Tech-Air® 3 V2 System. Strategically positioned stretch panels accommodate expansion when the airbag inflates.
Tech-Air® Ready indicates compatibility, not an included airbag system. Follow the selected system’s instructions for fit and required deployment space when choosing your jacket size.
