Expertly designed, the Supertech M10 TLD Edition 25 ECE 22.06 is Alpinestars’ most advanced MX helmet for off‑road riders. ECE 22.06 certified with MIPS, its 3K carbon/aramid multi‑composite shell and 4‑density EPS manage impacts, while 28 vents drive airflow; ERS visor release plus an eject system aid safe removal. Around 1260 g (M), it boosts confidence, stays cooler, and fine‑tunes comfort; includes visor extension for roost and sun.

Shell sizing solution: four dedicated shell sizes (S–XL) across six fit sizes (XS–XXL) deliver precise, anatomical proportions for better comfort, lower weight, and more effective impact energy management.
Chin bar profile: sculpted base with a softer EPS extension and flexible outer covering helps clear the collarbone area to reduce injury risk during impacts.
Patented A‑Head Fitment System: easy height-and-angle adjustment lets riders fine-tune helmet position for personalized stability and all‑day comfort.

Multi-composite shell lay-up constructed with: 1) 3K carbon high-density outer layer to enhance shell strength and energy dissipation, 2) uni-directional carbon composite layer providing greater radial stiffness to resist compression while allowing controlled deflection, and 3) aramid fiber layer for penetration resistance; layers bonded with epoxy resin to limit outer shell deflection and distribute energy into the 4-density EPS liner.
Redesigned chin bar with a raised base relief to clear the collarbone, featuring a softer EPS extension that continues beyond the shell and is covered with a flexible rubber compound for controlled deformation at the contact area.
