Expertly designed, the Stella Tech‑Air® 3 V2 System is Alpinestars’ lightest motorcycle Tech‑Air® Airbag System, built for road touring, urban commuting, and light adventure riding. Six integrated sensors and an AI algorithm trigger inflation in 50 ms to deliver chest and back EN 1621‑4:2013 Level 2 protection, while the women’s tailored over/under‑jacket fit, user‑serviceable inflator canisters, and up to 40‑hour battery enhance comfort, confidence, and year‑round practicality.

Autonomous Airbag System: The Stella Tech-Air® 3 v2 System is fully self-contained and requires no motorcycle-mounted sensors or connections for effortless protection on any ride.
Integrated Sensor Suite: Six onboard sensors (triaxial accelerometers and gyroscopes) deliver precise crash monitoring in dynamic scenarios—even when stopped—for reliable detection.
AI Crash Detection: An advanced algorithm accurately determines when to deploy, inflating the airbag in 50 milliseconds for rapid impact protection across street-riding conditions.
Magnetic Activation: A magnetic zip closure arms the System automatically, providing a quick, secure closure that’s easy to use.
Packable Design: Folds compactly to stow in a backpack or under the seat, adding convenience when not in use.

Back Protector Pocket: Integrated pocket accommodates additional passive back protection for layered safety.
Compact Control Unit: Alpinestars’ Pro 2nd Generation ECU is integrated in the upper back for reliable performance in a slim profile.
Connected App Support: BLE 5.0 links to the Tech-Air® App to monitor System and battery status, map rides via MyRide, and access software updates.
Long-Lasting Power: The integrated lithium-ion battery delivers up to 40 hours of use and recharges in approximately 4 hours, reducing downtime.
All-Weather Sealing: ECU seal protection is rated to perform between -20 °C and +40 °C, ensuring dependable function across varied climates.
Removable Components: Inflator housing, electronic wiring, and the airbag are easily removable for straightforward servicing.
User-Serviceable Design: Riders can replace gas inflator canisters after a deployment; the airbag supports up to six deployments when its integrity is uncompromised, minimizing downtime and cost.
Dealer Service Options: Gas inflator canister replacement is also available at select Alpinestars dealers and certified Tech-Air® Service Centers for added support.
Easy Care: The vest is washable for simple, ongoing maintenance.

According to European statutory law the CE mark is a conformity requirement for the marketing of this product. The following standards apply to this product:
When inflated, the Women Stella Tech-Air® 3 V2 System full chest and full back protection from the airbag is Category II CE Certified to the (EU) 2016/425 EEC European Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Regulation, according to relevant part of EN1621-4:2013 airbag certification standard, which guarantees an impact protection performance of not less than five seconds after the activation. The impact attenuation performance is Level 2 both for full chest and full back.

Due to regulations for transport of dangerous goods by air (IATA) and road (ADR), consumers are not permitted to ship Tech-Air® products themselves for return or servicing. In the event of a return or service request you must therefore deliver the goods in person to one of our Tech-Air® Hubs. Please ensure you first contact our Customer Care team to receive confirmation of the correct Hub and approval before visiting.
